Between Myself
Between Myself is a developing work inspired by a series of near-death experiences, terrible first dates, and childhood diary musings.
Inspired by a series of near-death experiences, terrible first dates, and childhood diary musings, Between Myself will be an evening length work that explores the psychological journey of coming to grips with queerness, disability, and the corporate world. Currently a work-in-progress, it will demonstrate a journey of navigating internalized ableism and the need for disability justice.
Development for Between Myself has been supported by the Dance and Disability Residency at Dance Place and the Rutgers University’s Integrated Dance Collaboratory Choreo Lab.
