Designed for advanced movers, this fast-paced class fuses contemporary dance styles with jazz, modern, and improvisation. Each class will begin with a sweat-inducing warm-up and strength conditioning, progress into phrase work, and close with guided improvisation. Get your blood pumping, explore your artistry, and move in community with us. Note: This class is for advanced movers and appropriate for dancers aged 16 and older.
